We had a great stay in this hotel located conveniently in the city center near attractions like Kirova Square and Greenwich mall. The staff we encountered were helpful, reliable, and possessed excellent language skills which made our stay a lot easier. Additionally, we found the hotel facilities clean and well-maintained.

First of all - even if the breakfast is of good quality - the scrammbled eggs are disaster. No taste and hardness of frozen butter almost. Another disturbing thing was continous draft in the room . seems AC worked at fool power during -33 dec C outside.

Convenient location for a weekend getaway. Easily walk to Bio Shmio for a nice lunch. We would have stayed longer if we were exploring the area 😊.

I booked not smoking room but because unavailability i got a smoking room. From my point of view I was supposed to get a higher rate room. Strange.

We stayed at a hotel close to everything, in the very city center with attractions nearby. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the free Wi-Fi and the pure water containers on our floor to fill our water bottles.

We wish there were more leisure facilities available at the hotel for a more complete experience.

The hotel lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our romantic escape with the constant noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Unfortunately, the location was far from any key attractions, and we had to rely on public transportation to get around.
